Designated Safeguarding & Child Protection Lead: For Clever Kids Project in Hackney, our Designated Safeguarding & Child Protection Lead is Ivanka Aleksandrova. NSPCC: The NSPCC offers a wide range of resources to help adults keep children safe from abuse and other dangers online and in the physical world. They provide valuable information on topics such as:
- P.A.N.T.S: Teach your child the Underwear Rule to protect them from abuse.
- Share Aware: Helping your child stay safe on social networks, apps, and games.
- Online safety: Offering advice and tools to keep your child safe online.
- Staying safe away from home: Guidance on when your child is ready to be out on their own and teaching them to stay safe.
- Home alone: Determining when it's safe for your child to be home alone and what to do if they're too young.
Reporting a Concern of Abuse or Neglect: If you have concerns about a child at risk of serious harm due to abuse or neglect, it is crucial to report your worries to the appropriate agency.
